Outside you have your own secluded seating area overlooking the gardens to the main house, of which Garden house is the Annexe.

The house is an individual and separate 1 bedroom house / annexe sharing a driveway 39 Ipswich Rd.

Parking is available on site in the shared driveway at no extra cost and Norwich City Centre is walkable in 10 minutes and drive able in under 5.

The area itself is highly sought after with numerous large and well presented houses surrounding it in the immediate neighbourhood. Local shops and amenities are available in under a 10 minute walk.
