The second reception room has seating for 4 and a large flat screen TV, it also has doors leading to a pretty courtyard area.

The kitchen diner has a large range cooker, with gas hob and all the appliances required to make life easier away from home, including fridge frezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
